The Super Sport version of the Veyron is the fastest street-legal production car in the world, with a top speed of 431 km/h (268 mph).[4] The original version has a top speed of 408.47 km/h (253.81 mph).[5] It was named Car of the Decade (2000–2009) by the BBC television programme Top Gear. The standard Veyron won Top Gear's Best Car Driven All Year award in 2005.

2 .Hennessey Venom GT

The Venom GT is based on a highly modified Lotus Exige chassis. The Venom GT is powered by a twin-turbocharged version of the General Motors' 6.2 L (380 cu in) LS9 V8 that can be found in the Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1. The modified engine will produce 1,200 bhp (890 kW) and 1,155 lb-ft. Engine power output is adjustable by three settings: 800 bhp (600 kW), 1,000 bhp (750 kW) and 1,200 bhp (890 kW)[3] . The mid-engine V8 is mated to the rear wheels with a Ricardo plc 6-speed transmission.
